ATF CLOSED BUSINESS
 With
deep regrets the ATF has revoked my FFL license.
This is due to Biden administration ZERO errors
policy. I had transferred a receiver to an under
21 individual. I processed the 4473 in accordance
with NICS background check and THEY APPROVED the illegal
transfer. I thought nothing about it until I got a
phone call from an ATF agent asking for information from
the form. I pulled the record from attic storage
and answered the questions. That was in Feb 23. In
May of this year two ATF agents came to my place of
business to perform an audit. When they were
looking at the forms they focused on the form sitting in
the desk files awaiting return to the attic. THEY
KNEW THAT NICS MADE AN ERROR! I produced the
record and was subsequently found to have transferred
the receiver illegally (two times not sure how one
transfer was two incidents) AND WAS FOUND TO HAVE
RECORDS NOT IS SEQUENCE! Effective 9/11/2023 I had
my license revoked. I have returned all ATF
business records to the ATF.
